Refunds
Get a full refund on tickets if you change your mind within 72 hours of purchase. Contact jennyandtyler [at] gmail.com with the subject “Refund for Jenny & Tyler in [City Name] on [Date].” E.g., “Refund for Jenny & Tyler in Portland on 1/11.”
Exchanges
If you see tickets to a show you prefer that are the same price or higher for your event, contact jennyandtyler [at] gmail.com with the subject “Exchange for Jenny & Tyler in [City Name Here] on [Date Here] to [City Name Here] on [Date Here]” just pay the difference, if any. One exchange per person, per event.
We can’t refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away.
Refunds for Canceled Events
We’ll contact you and issue a refund automatically, including all fees.
Refunds for Rescheduled Events
Jenny & Tyler’s policy is to contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can’t make it? Contact jennyandtyler [at] gmail.com with the subject “Refund for Jenny & Tyler RESCHEDULED in [City Name Here] on [Date Here]”
Exceptions to the Refund & Exchange Policy include VIP, Platinum, and other premium tickets; resale and auction tickets; tickets purchased with additional items or bundled products; and tickets later discounted.
