To quote Caedmon’s Call, “I’m coming home, I’m coming home…” Well, we are anyway.
We’re on the road between Columbus, OH and NASHVILLE! Woot! (Do people say woot still?) Between Sept 6th and today we played 22 shows! Crazy, right?! Crazy fun that is! It’s been an adventure to be sure. While we had a blast and definitely consider this our most successful tour to date (where are you guys coming from?!), I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed and cooking and baking and all of those things.
At least for a few days…
We hook up with Sara Groves and Audrey Assad for the Reason to Gather Tour a week from today! Is this real life?!
And tomorrow we head in to the studio for pre-production for our new record. This is crazy. I think we’ll sleep in January.
This makes me so excited! I can’t wait for the new album!
(And yes, people still say woot.)
