So I haven’t blogged in a few days. I was really on a roll there for a bit!
So our time in Dallas was great. It was fun seeing my parents, my kitty, and doing lots of swimming and eating yummy food.
Probably my favorite part of our time in Dallas was the UStream shows we did for our kickstarter folks. It was SO fun getting to interact with everyone via the internets. I have to admit, it was a little weird at first—playing to an empty room, finishing the songs in silence, and looking to a computer screen to see what we should play next. But it was so cool getting to talk to so many of you from all over the country. We haven’t made it out west yet and to have some of you tuned in from that area was really fun.
So an update–the CD is coming along. Tyler is busy editing tracks and I’m trying to get some gigs and working on administrative stuff. (boring things really!) Anyway, a reminder—if you want to have us come play in your town, shoot us an email: jennyandtyler@gmail.com We would love to hear from you.
Okay, I’m back to writing thank you notes and watching Law & Order.
